Return Policy

We are very grateful for your purchase and hope you are pleased with your new comics and/or coffee stuffs. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Orders Lost or Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrived damaged, please let us know ASAP by contacting us via our online contact form. We’ll do our best to make things right for you, whether that means crediting your account, refunding your money, or reshipping your order as needed. If the packaging is still intact, please keep it, take photos and send them to returns@bwmcomics.com, as we may need them to file an insurance claim. You have seven business days from the date of receipt to report any damaged goods.

Returns

To begin the return process, you can contact and send pictures of damaged products to returns@bwmcomics.com, or via our online contact form to let us know. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached along with order receipt.

Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. A copy of your order receipt must be included with your return, or it will not be accepted.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • coffee
  • tea
  • gift cards
  • downloadable products
  • custom products
  • special orders
  • personalized items
  • sale items
